BACKGROUND OF OUR INSTITUTION
Mahikeng City College FET was established in August 2017, by one of the residents of the North West Province who understands the challenges of the Community. It is an educating institution with both teaching and non-teaching staff, with its focus on providing affordable and quality tertiary education and training to learners from the disadvantaged background and the professionals. As part of its community outreach program, the college also offers formal education to the government employees.
The college is situated in Mafikeng, next to SASSA, opposite Government Printers in North West Province, and it is currently renting premises at No.5 First Street, Industrial Site, Mafikeng of business operation, presently the college is improving its digital infrastructure as well as making itself well known.

To output learners who are knowledgeable and practical to contribute to the national and global economy.
MISSION
To effectively and efficiently deliver relevant subject matter and strive to align learners with experts and professionals in their respective disciplines.
And training which will give relevant skills to the students thus creating employment and to reduce illiteracy among the youth.
In order to realise the vision stated above, the college will:
- Invest in personnel training and development to equip and empower staff to provide excellent service;
- Continuously update its service in accordance with skills needed for economic growth;
- At all-time serve the learners by providing “marketable-practical” skills;
- Strive to realise reasonable profits in order to achieve continued growth, fair compensation to employees and reasonable returns to the shareholders.
